Group Finance Manager
Precision Control Sdn Bhd is looking for Group Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly consolidation of Group accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with MFRS/IFRS.
- Review and analyse monthly financial results and variances.
- Coordinate and prepare annual Budget and Forecasting.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial and management accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to financial reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Oversee accounts, tax and transfer pricing matters of the Group.
- Assist in corporate finance matters. Support strategic financial initiatives and ad-hoc projects (such as IPO, fund raising) of the Group.
Key Requirements:
- Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent Professional Accountancy qualification (E.g.: ACCA, CPA, MICPA etc.).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the related field, with at least 2 years’ experience in group consolidation with a listed company. Experience in IPO will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Secretary cum Admin Administrative
We are looking for a detail-oriented Secretary cum Administrative Assistant to support our Management at our HQ in Seksyen 27, Shah Alam. This role involves meeting coordination, minute-taking, and administrative support across both management and project meetings. Candidates with basic engineering or project exposure will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Organise, coordinate, and attend meetings (including project and management meetings), ensuring proper preparation of agendas and materials.
- Take accurate, structured, and detailed minutes of meetings, particularly for project discussions, capturing key decisions, technical points, and action items.
- Track and follow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely updates and closure.
- Handle and manage incoming communications (emails, calls, letters), including screening, prioritising, and responding where appropriate.
- Draft, prepare, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, memoranda, and other business documents.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of management reports, presentations, and briefing materials, including coordination with various departments.
- Maintain and organise both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring proper documentation, version control, and ease of retrieval.
- Maintain and update internal document management systems and company records.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support communication and ensure alignment on tasks and deliverables.
- Provide administrative support for project-related matters, including documentation coordination and basic tracking of project updates where required.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
What we’re looking for:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding or exposure to engineering/projects (e.g., electrical, instrumentation, or process automation) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role
- Prior experience in minute-taking for meetings, preferably involving technical or project discussions.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle deadlines effectively.
