PT Linde Indonesia is one of the members of Linde Group as the leading industrial gas supplier. They operate across in seven locations across Java, manufactures and distributes a range if the installation of gas equipment, on-site plants and engineering services. They are looking forward to upgrading their control and analytical system for ASU plant as they are still using obsolete systems which facing unreliable analyzer performance and inadequate of sampling.
With our experiences and familiarized with Linde Gas standard plant operation and control, we’d successfully migrate the obsolete systems (TI505 PLC, Allen Bradley PLC, Turbolog and Wonderware HMI) to Siemens PCS7 using virtualization environment together as well as migrated analyzers to new analyzers complete with panel, Sample Handling System (SHS) inclusive of regulators, check valves, rotameter, tubing design, fittings and valves, vent system and etc. Each analyzer will have the connectivity to the plant control system via the Profibus protocol.
In the second project, it has successfully migrated Turbolog to PCS7 using LASS (Linde standard). For LASS development and implementation, we have both PC Engineer and Linde Process Engineer work closely together to complete successfully at once.
