What Our Team Does?
- Perform programming and integration of the control systems, designing the control panel and subpanels as well as generating the I/O lists.
- Carry out integration and commissioning of an array of instrumentation as well as control systems
- Carry out engineering, PLC and SCADA software interface programming.
- Develop process functional design including control write-up and control schematics.
- Develop hardware and software design specification and other software/test documentation.
- Carry out diagnosis and resolution of electrical, instrumentation and control systems
- Ensuring on time completion of commissioning activities.
- Working closely with equipment vendors, contractors, sub-contractors and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve system errors as well as provide technical support.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Tertiary education in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline
- Extensive programming experience in Step 7 / TIA & PCS7 for Siemens PLC, WINCC, Allen Bradley or other PLC.
- Readiness to travel extensively (Local and Oversea)
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are an added advantage.

Electrical Design Engineer
Join our team as an Electrical Design Engineer!
What Does Our Team Do?
- Responsible for all design drawing operation consisting of instrumentation hock-up drawing, P & ID drawings, electrical system drawing, MCC and PLC panel drawings, SLD and three-line diagrams, equipment loop diagrams, etc.;
- To understand the drawing specifications based on equations, calculations and written instructions and able to prepare drawing based on sketches and existing drawing provided by engineer
- Maintain CAD models and EPLAN, drawings and associated files in the data management system per customer standard
- Creates CAD drawings for engineering projects including design tender drawing, shop drawing for consultant approval, construction drawing, coordination drawing, as-built drawing and etc
- Understand project scope of supply and perform panel design following customer requirement
- To provide panel BOM
- Continues improvement at AutoCAD and EPLAN latest features.
- Fully understand concept of starter component sizing
- Participate in customer design review when required
- Involved in panel testing

Project Planner
Pro Cahaya Industries is seeking a Project Planner to take charge of developing, maintaining, and tracking the master project schedule. This role plays a key part in ensuring project success through close coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop baseline and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource histograms, and S-curves
- Maintain up-to-date records of schedule changes, forecasts, and critical path analysis
- Monitor project work progress and update schedules weekly
- Generate weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards (Excel/PMS)
- Highlight variances, delays, and provide recovery plans where needed
- Liaise with the Project Manager, engineering/construction team, client and subcontractors for schedule coordination
- Attend progress meetings with clients and prepare presentation materials
- Provide early warnings for potential slippage and recommend mitigation measures and recovery plan
- Coordinate planning inputs across civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation scopes
- Track procurement and engineering deliverables to align with construction sequences
- Conduct delay analysis with senior team members for extension of time claim
- Support tender schedule preparation when required
- Manage PMS (Project Measurement System) for progress tracking
- Support contract administration
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma and/ or Professional Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning using Primavera P6
- Familiar with Project Measurement Systems (PMS), S-curves, and resource planning
- Experience in construction/EPCC projects (electrical, instrumentation & control, mechanical, steel, or infrastructure)
