Group Finance Manager

Precision Control Sdn Bhd is looking for Group Finance Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monthly consolidation of Group accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with MFRS/IFRS.
  • Review and analyse monthly financial results and variances.
  • Coordinate and prepare annual Budget and Forecasting.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of financial and management accounting records.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to financial reporting.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
  • Oversee accounts, tax and transfer pricing matters of the Group.
  • Assist in corporate finance matters. Support strategic financial initiatives and ad-hoc projects (such as IPO, fund raising) of the Group.

Key Requirements:

  • Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent Professional Accountancy qualification (E.g.: ACCA, CPA, MICPA etc.).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the related field, with at least 2 years’ experience in group consolidation with a listed company. Experience in IPO will be an added advantage. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Senior Account Executive

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, general ledger, bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations. 
  • Accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules for reporting purposes. 
  • Monitor cash flow requirements and ensure timely and accurate management of payables and receivables. 
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.  
  • Support and facilitate the external audit exercise by preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor queries.  
  • Draft annual statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with MFRS and other relevant statutory requirements.   
  • Prepare quarterly tax computations. Liaise with tax agent, assist in preparing tax schedules and other tax related matters. 
  • Liaise with bankers on other financial report submissions. 
  • Provide supervision and guidance to subordinates as required. 
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments (such as IPO due diligence/finance improvement initiatives) as required. 

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Possesses bachelor’s degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.  
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in the Finance/Accounting field. 
  • Experience in audit will be an added advantage. 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and able to meet tight deadline. 
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.  

Accounts Assistant

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • To generate Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices. 
  • Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or get an expected date of collection. 
  • Send reminder letters for long overdue customer. 
  • Timely follow up on customer with legal action. 
  • Look for ways to improve debt collection processes. 
  • Updating new customer and upload application into system. 
  • Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may assigned by superior whenever necessary from time to time. 

Job Requirements 

  • Diploma in accounting/ LCCI/ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or equivalent. 
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills. 
  • Exceptional time management and verbal & written communication. 
  • Familiarity with basic Accounting principles. 
  • Professional manner and strong ethical code. 

Marketing Executive

Job descriptions: 

  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Generating and managing content creation for social media, websites, email marketing, and other communication platforms.
  • Creation of marketing collateral, including promotional materials, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Handle paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook, including budget management and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical team, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as report generation and coordination of marketing activities.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Support budget tracking and ensure marketing activities are within the allocated budget.
  • Perform all other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior, as necessary.

Who’re We Looking For: 

  • Possesses Diploma/Higher Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business or equivalent. 
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in Sales & Marketing role. 
  • Have strong communication and copywriting skills in English & Malay. 
  • Good at time management & able to work under minimum supervision. 
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, trustworthy & able to multi-tasking.
