MSM Sugar Refinery (Johor) Sdn Bhd is the 1st sugar refinery in Malaysia to use PCS7, it is a fully integrated centralized control in the new plant. With the demand of markets on sugar, MSM Sugar Refinery (Johor) Sdn Bhd decided to expand its opportunity by building a new plant to meet the market requirements. In this project, we’ve covered up 90% of resources on electrical, automation, valve instrumentation, analyzer as well as electrical and design consultation engineering service.
Our experience is ready to be competent to provide integration with certified 3rd party PCS7 Engineering. We have top quality and professional system engineers and PCS7 specialists which familiar on the complex coordination to perform centralized control integration. Also, the team did significant coordination works as a prime contractor to integrate with various vendors on electrical and instrumentation installation work in this multi-prime contracting projects.
In this project, we have successfully overcome fast track changes at the site, provide value engineering to reduce cost and complete MSM Sugar Refinery (Johor) Sdn Bhd project within the timeline. We have also successfully complete Complex Centralize Control System for the plant and integrate seamlessly with the team to share goals and concern for the projects.
