Singapore has been as the 6th most innovative country in the world with a shortage of freshwater resources space for reservoirs. The Public Utilities Board was looking for innovative water supply. They eventually approved the feasibility of producing drinking water from treated user water. This was the beginning of Changi NEWater Project.
PC Group partnered with Siemens together with our strategic partner – BEWG has successfully accomplished this nationwide strategic layout with the expertise of environmental protection facilities, engineering design & consulting service, technology research and development and project management.
It achieves a high level of plant availability with better control of the processes and reduce maintenance response. By optimizing plant availability and energy efficiency through better data transparency, diagnostic and maintenance control, NEWater able to reach their goals accordingly.
